How to Brew

Recommended brewing time is ~60 mins before your desired bedtime!

  1. Bring 10 ounces of water to a boil (ideal brewing temperature is 100ºC / 212ºF)
  2. Pour boiling water over tea bag
  3. Steep for 3 - 5 minutes (depending on preferred temperature)
  4. Relax and enjoy!
