Recommended brewing time is ~60 mins before your desired bedtime!

Bring 10 ounces of water to a boil (ideal brewing temperature is 100ºC / 212ºF)

We sell Doze Tea as tea bags (vs. loose-leaf tea). Our tea bags are made from plant-based compostable materials (starches of corn, sugar cane, and cassava). They are plastic and microplastic-free.

Doze Tea ingredients are grown on small, family farms that adhere to ESG standards. Our teas are blended in small batches to preserve freshness, flavor, and ingredient quality.

Our packaging is manufactured within the United States by a member of the Sustainable Packaging Coalition.
