No, all blends are caffeine-free and designed to help you rest and relax.
Do Doze Tea products come as tea bags or loose leaf tea?
Doze Tea products come as tea bags for added convenience and to reflect our customers’ busy lifestyles (tea bags will make relaxation easier for your adventurous travels!). Our tea bags are unwrapped inside resealable pouches to eliminate unnecessary packaging (without any loss in shelf life or taste).
Do your products contain any known allergens?
Product pages contain additional detail on potential allergens. All products are free from nuts, eggs, dairy, soy, shellfish, fish, wheat, and gluten. Please contact our team for any further clarifications.
What are natural flavors in your tea?
We use a small amount of natural flavor derived from organic-compliant, plant-based sources—like fruits, herbs, and spices—to gently balance and smooth the taste of our blends. These flavors meet strict organic standards, meaning they’re made without artificial additives, synthetic solvents, or genetically engineered ingredients.
What health benefits do the various blends provide?

How should I store Doze Tea products?
Products should be stored at room temperature outside of direct sunlight.
What materials are used for Doze Tea packaging?
Our tea bags are made with plant-based, compostable materials and are plastic / microplastic-free. Our pouches are made domestically in Atlanta, GA using recyclable and biodegradable packaging.
Where are your products manufactured?
Doze Tea materials are grown internationally (e.g., Egypt, South Africa, Thailand, Chile, etc.). Teas are then blended and packed in Toronto, Canada. Doze Tea packaging is made domestically in Atlanta, GA.
How should I brew my tea?
- Bring 10 ounces of water to a boil (ideal brewing temperature is 100ºC / 212ºF)
- Pour boiling water over tea bag
- Steep for 3 - 5 minutes (depending on preferred temperature)
- Relax and enjoy!
When should I brew my tea?
We recommend brewing your tea ~60 mins before your desired bedtime to allow time to relax and enjoy.
Shipping and Returns
How long will it take for orders to ship?
It will take approximately 1 - 3 business days for orders to be processed (this is also true for any expedited / express orders). Shipping will take another 3 - 7 days depending on the method selected.
Can I track my orders?
After placing your order, you will receive your tracking information for the carrier selected. It may take 1 - 3 days for you to receive your tracking information.
Does Doze Tea ship internationally?
Currently Doze Tea only ships domestically within the United States.
What is your return policy?
Doze Tea is not able to accept returns at this time. Please contact our support team for more information.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds can take 5 - 7 days to show up as a credit on your statement.
Does Doze Tea offer local delivery?
Yes, Doze Tea offers local delivery within certain neighborhoods of Atlanta for a reduced fee. Local delivery would show as an option once you input your shipping address - availability depends on your location.

What is the monthly subscription program?
Doze Tea will send you a monthly order with your favorite blend(s) at a discounted price. Perfect for regular herbal tea drinkers that want to stay stocked hassle-free. You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel, pause, or modify your order any time before your next order date. We will send notifications to remind you when your order will be processed. You will be charged if the order has already been processed and the cancellation will go into effect for your next month.
How do I modify my subscription?
You can modify your subscription from the subscription management portal. Please follow these steps:
1. Select your name icon in the header (next to the search tool and shopping cart)
2. Select "Profile"
3. Select "Manage Subscription" button or the "Manage Subscription" menu in the header
4. Select "See more details >"
5. You can now swap products, skip for next order, add products, remove products, etc.

Is Doze Tea available in stores?
Doze Tea is currently available in-store at Lucy's Market in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta. If you know of a store that would be interested in carrying our items, please contact us as we are always looking to expand.
